Reuben Zilberman
Reuben, CEO of Crown Insurance, has 20 years of progressively responsible experience in the financial sector with specific experience in insurance, credit, lending, banking, and management.
Prior to becoming the CEO to Crown Insurance, Reuben served as a Vice President for JP Morgan Chase Bank, where he was responsible for the profitability and growth for several Chase bank branches. He met his beautiful wife Brittany while they were both working for Chase and have been married since 2009. Reuben was diagnosed with testicular cancer just two weeks after his wedding and has happily been cancer free since February 2010. They were blessed with there first child, Chase in May of 2012. This life experience has helped drive his passion with helping to protect his insurance clients families and assets from any situation one could experience while navigating the open roads. Reuben holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University in Ohio.

Brandon Hester
Brandon is a northern California native who relocated to the valley in 2006. After a shoulder injury ended his college baseball career mid-way through his sophomore season, he decided to continue, and ultimately complete, his education at Arizona State University. During his time at ASU, Brandon worked for two large financial institutions, advancing quickly through the organizations. With 5 plus years in the financial industry, including specific focuses on networking, business development, and community involvement, the Crown Insurance Team has welcomed him on its mission to help protect people, families, and businesses by providing insurance and financial services with world class customer service each and every day.
